Refund policy
At Kaala Cart, we strive to create the perfect digital and physical art pieces for you. Since our products are personalized and made-to-order based on your specific photos, we have a clear policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Custom Art Pieces (No Returns)
Because each portrait is uniquely hand-crafted for you, we **cannot offer returns or refunds** for change of mind or personal preference. Once an artist starts working on your design, resources are already committed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, we will provide a free replacement:
* The frame or glass is damaged during shipping.
* The item received is different from what you ordered (wrong style or size).
* There is a clear manufacturing defect.
What to do: Please email us at kaalaxp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video of the damaged product and the packaging.
3. Digital Softcopies
Refunds are not applicable for Digital Softcopy orders once the final high-resolution file has been delivered via email or WhatsApp.
4. Design Approvals
For physical frames, we usually send a digital preview for your approval. Once you approve the design, no further changes or refunds can be requested regarding the artwork itself.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within **2 hours** of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, we begin the artistic process, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
6. Refund Process (If applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., for a cancelled order within the time limit), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
